Starting from January 2012 tivù has made the decision of integrating the company structure instruments by an internal control model in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001.

Assuring outspokeness and transparence for the conduct of management and business activities besides making employees, customers, suppliers, partners and other collaborators to feel responsible for their job just to be in compliance with the Legislative Decree 231 is the target of this decision.
