Terms and conditions of use

The internet site "www.tivusat.tv" (the "Website") is a service of online information provided by tivù S.r.l. with headquarters in Rome, via di Villa Patrizi 8 (hereinafter “tivù"). The use of the Website implies the acceptance of the conditions listed below by the user.

Limits to the use

The material on the Website is protected by copyright. The documentation, the images, the letters, the graphics, (the music), the application software and all of the codes and format scripts (including without limitation the text, computer code, artwork, photographs, images, music, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) used to implement the Website are owned by tivù. If not expressly envisaged, the contents of the Website cannot, either in whole or in part, be copied, modified, reproduced, transferred, uploaded, downloaded, published or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of tivù. The possibility to store these contents in one’s own computer or print extracts from the pages of the Website for exclusively personal purposes remains unprejudiced. The brands and logos present in the Website are owned by tivù and/or companies part of the tivù Group (jointly named "tivù Group"). These cannot be used on any other internet site other than the Website or on other means of communication without the prior consent of tivù or of the other companies part of tivù Group. The name "tivù" or "tivù Group” and any brand which includes the brand "tivù" cannot be used as the internet addresses of other sites, or as parts of these addresses, without the prior written consent of tivù.

Limits of liability

No liability is taken on in relation both to the content of that published on the Website and to the use that third parties can make of these, both for any contaminations deriving from the access, interconnection, the downloading of material from the Website. As such tivù will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, prejudices of any type that third parties may suffer as a result of contacts established with the Website or of the use of its content as well as of the software.

tivù srl is not liable for materials created or published by third party websites with which the Website has a hyperlink connection ("link"). The user that decides to visit an internet site connected to the tivù Website does so at his own risk, and will be responsible to take all the measures that are necessary against viruses and other destructive elements.

Protection of personal data

No personal data will be requested to visitors to access the Website. If personal data are required to use specific services, the visitor must explicitly provide consent for their treatment, in compliance with Legislative Decree 30th June 2003 n. 196, Code for the protection of personal data.

Law and jurisdiction

The present conditions are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome, Italy, will have jurisdiction and exclusive competence for any disputes and in any case connected to the present terms and conditions.
