tivù S.r.l., is a company jointly owned by Rai, Mediaset, TIM, Associazione TV Locali and Aeranti Corallo.

It has been founded in 2008 with the dual purpose of promoting the digital terrestrial television in Italy and launching tivùsat, the first Italian digital satellite platform able to reach all the Italian territory, including those areas not covered by the terrestrial TV signal.
