Where to find the smart card

tivùsat smart card is sold along with the decoder in the main shopping centres and in electrical retail stores.
The smart card will be given to all the customers who buy tivùsat certified decoder.

The smart card is similar to a credit card and needs to be inserted in the appropriate decoder slot.

Please note that the correct functioning of the Smart Card is not guaranteed with devices not tivùsat certified. In such cases, the use of Smart Card is under customer responsibility and no assistance will be available in case of problems following the activation of the card.
